Coconut Banana Bread


4 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/2 cup Kentaste Coconut Flour
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added texture and flavor


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

3. Add in the eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

4. Add in the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until the batter is smooth.

5. If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.

6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

7. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to cool completely on a wire rack.

8. Slice and serve as desired.
